How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within 24–48 hours. Every reading is prepared individually — there are no automated or software-generated reports — so complex requests such as large Feng Shui assessments may take slightly longer, and you will be told if so.
Is the consultation in person or remote?
Consultations are delivered remotely in written form, which works for clients worldwide. Bazi, Astrology, and I Ching readings need only your details or question; Feng Shui assessments are prepared from your floor plan, photos, and compass direction.
What if I don’t know which service I need?
